The paved trail are not too difficult but the history lesson is worth the time. Most of the unpaved trails in the SP are along the San Antonio river and are just an area of the grass that has been mowed.
Goliad provides a pleasant and educational walk but not a challenge.
We love going to Goliad SP. Its very beautiful and they have full hookups if you are on the loop which has all pull thru sites. There is a new trail out behind Mission Espiritu thats about a 1.2 miles that does a big loop over bridges and has information boards along the trail that describe the animals that live in each habitat. There are many trails though. Some along the river, some through the woods, some very long, some paved. It really has all kinds. The Mission is beautiful and has a museum in it. It never gets old for us
