Great trail to stitch together about 8 miles. Can get a little busy but no bikes. Trails are wide and well marked with a variety of views. Get away from the city without going too far.

Love this trail but it was closed today.

Good easy trail with some small elevation changes but not very scenic. We did big loop and thought that was just right for an easy weekend hike to get the butt moving.

Great for a light hike. The trails are well-marked, well-maintained overall. There are maps posted throughout the trail and a fence along the perimeter of the park as well as the lake itself so it's hard to get lost. Benches and picnic tables are set up throughout the park. There isn't much elevation gain or drop, but this is Texas where a lot of it is flat unless you're in the Davis Mountains or Hill Country. If you're in need of getting out in nature during a pandemic, consider this park and trail as a way to get some fresh air.

Good hike. Moderately crowded, tough to keep the proper social distance. Good for families.

Great trail, but don't plan on bringing your stroller even if it has tires also no dogs allowed. this is mainly due to there being cactuses right off of the trail. Seriously, if you step off the trail it's going to be on a big thorny cactus. has some benches on the small loop but watch out for bees! highly trafficked and lots of joggers.

This trail is on the safer side. There are some steep drops, but not too bad. Views can be great!

This trail is open. It is well maintained, but muddy in the shade, dry in sunny areas, with water running across the trail in places. No pets allowed. lots of families out for a walk in the woods. I will be back.

Very busy, but beautiful. A lot of people out but several off trails that are great. Great trail for running. Scenic views!!

Great trail, lots of deer, challenging run. Went off trail on accident but it was worth it
