A hike to several early homes where the families farmed the floodplain in the early 1900's.

Nice hike that does have a brief rocky incline. The ruin and view from the top is worth the trip.

Not so much a hiking trail, more of a siteseeing stop, but worth the stop and short walk. Couple ruins you can go in at the beginning and one closed off part way down the trail. Visited in June so stopped here in the middle of the day when needing a break from longer hikes. Good photo ops.

Ruins at the end of the trail give some interesting shots for photos. Super easy trail.

This hike is easy, and if you're in the Castolon - Santa Elena area, I recommend it. The trail starts right off Ross Maxwell Drive, and goes to several ruins. The last two are on the mesa above the flood plain.
