A nice place for a picnic in this 700 acre park on top of a mountain overlooking the city of Big Spring.

A decent local park with a nice view. I wouldn't fly to it as the main destination, but worth a few moments if near.

Lived in Big Spring for a couple months back in 2016. Used this trail for running. Not bad! Watch out for cars as many like to not follow the speed limits posted. Parking is limited. Some great views of Big Spring and beyond!

So I went in thinking they had hiking trail. Turns out it's .3 mile nature walk and the. You just walk on the road. It was pretty, but I was disappointed that it wasn't a hike

Great views of the City of Big Spring can be had along the north rim of the Loop Road. This is a day use only park (8AM- sunset). This is a real nice place to have a picnic, as you are just about on the highest place in Big Spring. The Loop Road is one way (clockwise).
