Aransas National Wildlife Refuge Rail Trail is a 1.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Austwell, Texas that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Flat and straight but an interesting rail. Look for alligators, waterfowl and birds especially on the center and north sections.
