South Fork Panther Creek to Devils Backbone is a 4.3 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Dover, Tennessee that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from May until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail.

The trail we took was nice and wide, very easy with kids. This trail, however, does not exist.

hiked this one a while back while geocaching this area. Nice ridge, alot of rocks protruding from the trail muck like a spine, hence the name Devils Backbone. Also take time to check out the bridge, creek, and spring at Panther Creek. It is a beautiful and secluded area.
