Good for what it is. Needed a basic aged trail due to rain/mud. Nice flowers, dear, and bridges. Got lucky came mid day and it wasn’t busy.

The nature trails were very nice, away from all the cyclists. We saw deer and an owl. Trails are well marked. A very nicely maintained urban getaway next to beautiful Cumberland River.

Paved. Good for bikers, runners, ect. No big elevation gain so that’s nice for those with injuries or casual walkers. Populated trail.

HikingBugsNo shade

Not much shade, extremely buggy. We had dinosaur sized flies chasing circles around us and landing on us the whole way. It got to be annoying but we kept going. We also went late afternoon so that could have been why. Other than that, we enjoyed it and got a good sweat in.

Nice asphalt trails with several dirt trails. Saw lots of runners, walkers, bikers and even a rollerblader. Not much elevation change so it would be good for most people.

This park offers both a paved trail and a grass trail option that run parallel to each other. Today I ran the paved trail option and loved it!!

Part of the city’s Greenway system, this is a popular (and my go-to) Greenway for paved road biking. Often very busy with runner and bikers alike, the relatively flat length of the trail is popular among locals.

A really nice greenway. There could be better signage to direct toward the observation deck and and nature center at Shelby Park. This caused exploration and discovery of Camelia Fort airfield. It would be great to cycle there.

Love coming here! With the tornado, Is this park accessible from any damage or is it safe to be around the area?

Very enjoyable trails. We also took the story time trail down by the river and it was beautiful to sit and enjoy.
