Big Frog to West Fork section There is some good elevation change as you near the creek. No overlooks but pretty and quiet forest. The creek is beautiful but the primitive campsite had some blowdown remains making it undesirable for tenting. Love exploring more and more of this wilderness area. This section was well maintained with only a few easy blowdowns to maneuver and nice stretches of winter sun to warm you up. Trail easy to follow.

Used this trail as a connector between Big Frog and. Licklog Ridge. The section of the trail we used had a lot of blow down on the descent from Licklog. I hope a crew can get on there and clean it out. It was a challenging trail with a few water crossings.
