Rocky Fork to Birchfield Camp Lake is a 11.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Flag Pond, Tennessee that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The path up is really a very good gravel forest road that winds from the entrance to Rocky Fork into the backcountry. It follows the creek for about half a mile then turns up the mountain. You reach the top of the climb at about mile 4 then gently descend to the lake at mile 6.

Good out and back with the wife and Pup. We camped nearby through HipCamp. Great weekend!
