This is a great run offering a grinding uphill start followed by several miles of twisting and winding single track through the Little Frog Wilderness Area. The trail has 2 creek crossings and some mud along a creek trail, but it is very quiet and secluded, offering a perfect trail running experience.

Followed the tip and parked at the campground. Started at the power plant on BMT. Shortly after making the turn onto the rock creek trail, the trail became pretty overgrown and hard to follow. it got better ~4 Miles in but not as well traveled as the BMT. We pushed through with our two kids 7 & 13 and made the full loop (10.5 Miles). Nice walk in the woods!

Great spot to hike, kayak and ride. Excellent gift shop inside the center, lots of good info regarding the Ocoee Whitewater center. Good products sold as well from literature to Kavu, northface, Patagonia gear.

The greatest run I have ever run.

The River View Trail offers a nice escape from the main trails that are on the Tanasi Trail System (a group of 20+ miles of trails). While the trees were not quite as enormous, the entire area had a feel similar to the Ewok Forest and since I was hiking solo, I was hoping that if I had to run into some kind of woodland critter, itd be something more like this guy than one of the brown bears that are occasionally spotted in the area.
