Huskey Gap Trail is a 4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Gatlinburg, Tennessee that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from March until October.
Not a bad trail, primarily an access trail to multiple other trail within the great smoky mountains national park. a little tricky finding the trail head directly from the road the parking appears to be for what is a nature walk trail in the area and the trail head is actually across the road and marked with a small sign. good clear trail with a fairly steady uphill grade for the majority of the trail. As stated earlier great trail to access others but not much for sights.
Nice, easy trail, getting you to a destination in the Smokies. Of the trails in there, this one was on the easy side.
Not a lot to see. Mostly wild flowers with a couple lookouts.
