Easy Trail with a little bit of elevation and rocks to climb over. Several small bridges that can get slick but can walk around most of them.
Great trail for a quick workout. 2.5mi loop with strenuous stretches of up and down sandwiching easier periods. If you have an hour - go for it!
Always muddy after the rain but still not bad. Decent short hike with enough elevation change to give a workout. Pretty crowded on a Saturday but still nice. Great for experienced trail runners too!
Really calming place to go before sunset. Feeling pretty zen right now and a couple of those inclines were pretty intense! Super fun
Great loop - very beautiful and some nice uphill portions. Saw yellow-rumped warblers, golden-crowned kinglets, eastern bluebirds, titmice, chickadees, cardinals, nuthatches, pileated woodpeckers, red-bellied woodpeckers, hairy woodpeckers, Carolina wrens, eastern phoebe, and a hermit thrush.
Great moderate hike with decent elevation. Worth tagging on the Owl Hollow Trail that is along the way.
Beautiful trail, well cleared. A little muddy the day we went so hiking boots recommended!
