Went with Megan after dinner. Thundering in the distance but it was nice!
when I went, the trail was very under kept and many of the more difficult Trails were so poorly maintained that I couldn't go down them because of overgrowth. And much of the trail that I took I had to Squat & Crouch just make it under the new growth that had occurred over the last few months. Understandably, this is due to the pandemic and the lack of personnel and resources. However, it was a betrayal and other than that there are no complaints.
My daily trail, shared with mountain bikers. It's calm with enough elevation change to keep one awake. Watch the rocks and the random wildlife. I saw a deer, turtle, and snake on the trail. That's not a normal for me here, so it was a nice surprise.
