Very pretty trail for checking out the forest. Didn't get to see the waterfalls from there very well. you have to take the Blue Hole trail to get up and personal with the falls.

This trail starts in the Blue Hole parking lot and becomes a fairly narrow, rough trail as it gets closer to the Badger Flats picnic and parking area. Although, you can see some beautiful scenary the photos of this trail are not accurate. The waterfalls and dam are located inside the Rock Island State Park and are not far from Eagle Trail. You will have to use caution with small children or anyone who is not stable on their feet. A short portion of the trail is steep and has lots of loose rocks. It also runs beside a bluff overlooking Center Hill Lake (prettiest portion of the trail).
