Nice little stroll along the Cumberland when you are wanting to get outside but engulf yourself in nature/hikes. The water isn't always the most appealing, and it is usually fairly busy. Good area for playing Pokémon Go though.

It's a nice place to have a leisurely stroll or play Pokemon go. If you go here you might find it busy and that's because of pokemon go. It's not a great place to run or bike because of the amount of people that walk slowly and stop suddenly to catch pokemon. If you love the game, it's great. If you're looking for a workout, it's pretty terrible recently.

I just went out to see how well it was lit for an evening walk... I was very pleased with the level of safety it provided.

Not for hiking but for a relaxing walk by the river.

Very easy trail along the river. I walked from one end to the other, total distance was just over two miles, perhaps it overlapped to another trail? It's a nice trail along the river, but it was littered with tons of cut zip ties and some broken Christmas lights which detracts from it a bit. At one point there is a sign that depicts other trails with arrows and distance, but I never came upon any other trails as the trail along the river came to an end.

This is a Urban Trail next to the Cumberland River. It would be a nice jog if it were longer. Many people come to enjoy the sunlight or walk their dog.
