Overall an easy trail! Went with a couple of friends and it was already mapped out! And there were mile markers so it kept us aware

easy. busy. there's better falls in the park. but if you have small kids or limited mobility it's a decent stretch.

Very easy hike for people of all ages and shapes! I hiked this two days ago and it was very heavily trafficked. There were so many people that taking pictures at the falls was a challenge. It is a very pretty hike though and it is worth it to see the falls!

Gorgeous with the canopy of trees. You wouldn’t know you were so close to the town. We went today, the day after some rain. Not too muddy. Very well maintained. Possible with a stroller but some bridges might be narrow. This is a trail short enough and interesting enough for small kids to stay engaged.

Ok easy trail next to visitor's center that leads to a pretty waterfall. WAY too many people on it for my taste but that's just personal preference.

Nice short trail

Super easy trail and the waterfall is underrated in my opinion one of my favorite trails in the national park

Nice little trail at the entrance to the visitors center. Was a short walk to a small waterfall, but a great way to start the day and keep the kiddo motivated to find the bigger ones!

Easy trail. Not accessible by stroller due to a small washed out area that goes beneath a bridge. Easy for children with a very nice waterfall at the end. Short hike. My 2 year old did the hike with ease.

Excellent four mile round trip hike with a wide path near the Gatlinburg entrance to the parkway. We had our golden retriever and two year old toddler (he walked and we carried him with a harness). I would highly recommend as a short family hike. Waterfall and plenty of creek, gradual incline, but definitely nothing too strenuous.

We really enjoyed the trails, a few weeks ago, while visiting TGSM, from Oregon.

We went while it was raining and hardly anyone on the trail. Part of it by the river was washed out and there were large sitting pools of water, but it was a super quick hike to a scenic waterfall with connections to other longer trails.

Great for little ones even on a wet day.

Trail is fairly short. It is a easy walk. Some trees are marked along the trail to add to the experience. After reaching the fall, if you continue on the trail, there are spots with great Mountain View’s in the spring before the leaves are on.

Super easy and quick trail. Beautiful scenery the whole way

Easy trail was a nice cap after other hiking that day. Falls are nice but the trail was crowded with noisy groups wandering from the visitor center that were more concerned with talking than hiking and nature.

Nice hike with a 6 year old. Not strenuous and enjoyable. Scenic and enjoyed the waterfall. My son enjoyed crossing a creek on a tree, and we would do it again.

Super easy in and out trail. When you got to the falls everyone was taking pictures. If you crossed the creek by the falls and went up the hill toward cove trail you can see another set of water falls. Was well worth the extra walk. Beautiful up there.

More of a walk than a hike. But a fun walk. The walkways weren't so good, the pavement has washed away in places. Lovely falls at the end of the hike. Nice for a short time out, about 30 minutes.
