Very easy trail. Great replicas of fossils found in this national park and it's history reading.

This is a board wAlked trail, no idea why it's labeled moderate on here. Very easy. BUT tons of opportunities to off trail explore. Saw some great wildlife.

This trail is okay, especially if you like fossils and the history of the park. A couple of other trails are much better to explore if you are short on time.

Sorry to say but I didn't think it was worth stopping. It was interesting to read about the history of the park when it comes to the fossils they have found there but as far as a hike goes it is lame

A short, yet interesting trail in Badlands NP. The trail is a constructed boardwalk with exhibits along the way.

Did this short trail with my girls when they were young. We had fun looking at the fossils along the trail. The Bad Lands are a great place to hike , just watch out for rattlesnakes.

This is a wooden plat form trail that the national park has set up. About every 50 feet there is an exhibit box set up with a fossil and description of it. Very easy, handicap accessible. The surrounding badlands makes this trail a good opportunity to learn something new.
