Very simple hike, especially if you drive up to the boulder mountain. There are views the whole way up but being on the flat top is just magical.

Fun Hike. Good scrambling on the Boulder Field. You can actually drive close to Boulder Hill and cut off a considerable distance of the hike if you want. The rocks and the views are the key attraction on this hike anyway.

got a little lost at the start, so we ended up aiming for the Boulder. the dirt road you take off the highway to get there is very well traveled. lots of traffic. overall a great hike, you can see Black Elk's Peak, formerly Harney Peak, and Cathedral Spires.
