Great shady run. The hills were like doing intervals. We just finished at 8 am. That was almost too late.

Nice change to be able to run trails with elevation while staying at the beach. I think it is better suited for bike riding though with all quick turns.

Awesome trail! Kicked my butt! The trail can get you confused on where you are and it’s easy to get lost

Great ride for a newbie who wants a challenge. Lots of changing terrain - forest, field, sand, climbs, berms, table tops. A really fun ride.

Great trail for an outdoor enthusiast when in myrtle beach. Totally a man made trail for mountain bikers and trail runners. Great distance as it is a six mile run with a ton of elevation to challenge you. It will kick your butt for sure. Only knack is that you miss the true nature and being removed feel that you get from other trails run locations at state parks or nature preserve trails. Try it out for sure if in myrtle and experienced trail runner looking for challenge.

Great trail with a decent amount of elevation change which is unusual for the area. Trail is loose sand over a hard packed surface. The local bike association does a great job at maintaining the trails.

Great bike ride for an intermediate biker: hard packed sand trails, elevation changes, banked turns, forest trails etc.

This trail was just reworked to now include a number of awesome climbs! There is signage showing where the paths differ for runners and bikers. It is approximately a 10k if you follow the signs that say "RUN". You run opposite of the mountain bikes. Just ran it yesterday morning and was super impressed with the work that has been done there the last few months! I think it should be moved to a Moderate rating. It's no longer an "easy" run if you do it right.
