I love this trail, even though it's totally paved. It's perfect for walking, training for runs of all distances, and cycling. There is some shade and many access points. I love that you don't have to cross many streets-2!

You walk on a paved road next to what looks like a sewage or drainage canal. Lots of road noise with busy roads along the trail. If you walk sideways down the trail and try to ignore all the roads to one side you can possibly fake yourself out that you are in nature.

This is a great ride for speed and exercise or to take the family out. The map is inaccurate, the start/stop point is actually about a mile further up the trail. The entire looks is close to 14 miles.

You can start/stop on both ends. There are parking lots to park in both places.

I really enjoy this trail! It's perfect. Not too busy, very clean, and in a great area. Perfect for me walking my four dogs. Lots of Nature surrounding you. Ducks everywhere. Deffinately a repeat.

Paved trail, watch out for squirrels and cranes. Not tough at all, and well maintained.
