Super overgrown, made it un-enjoyable. But I went in the summertime, so this might be a better fall hike. From the start to Oil Camp Creek, there is hardly any scenery worth hiking for, that competes with the trails around it.

CAUTION: Pinnacle Pass Trail cutback to Little Pinnacle Mountain at Oil Camp is not marked. Couldn't find the trail back to Jones Gap and had to find a different way. Overall, the trail is beautiful, but keep up with where you are going!

Nice quiet trail witha great view at the beggining.Started off at Jones Gap trail then up a windy incline trail even using some cable attatched to the rocks. Then after a 2mile stretch had a magnificent view of the valley below.Back onto the trail still going up but not as difficult.Because most of the leaves had fallen still had a nice view north abd south of the valley below.Had lunch on a large rock with another great view towards the city of Greenville.
