If you’re looking for a long beautiful hike: we started at the visitor center on Mountain Creek Trail. Followed Mt. Creek to Sulfar Springs Trail and completed the loop. Very pretty around streams. This is roughly a 7 mile hike.

Very well marked trail. The trail toward the lake is closed. We started at the lower lot, up Sulphur Springs to Firetower to the end, back tracked to Kanuga Trail to Briss Ridge back to Sulphur Springs for 6. 1 miles. Trail is beautiful especially going up beside the stream. Several waterfalls, lake with dam, forest is beautiful with a few mountain laurel blooming. $6 a head for entry

A bit tough towards the top of the hill if you start on the left from parking but other than that an easy hike.

Hiked 10 miles. Some parts are only steep in few sections. Plenty of spots to rest and enjoy the views.

Paris Mtn SP is a gem. I did every trial here for a total of 15.5 miles. So much fun. 4 reservoirs and lots of creek crossings.

Hiked about 9 miles of this trail. Some parts can be challenging with rocky uphill sections with narrow paths, but overall a great place to hike. Next time, I'll bring my mountain bike. Those trails looked very fun.

The climb is challenging in places but very doable and very well maintained. Trails are closed to Mountain Bikers on Saturdays.

Hiked this with three little kids. It was tough, but they did great. The second half of the trail was easier, so it was perfect.

Hard rating is well deserved. Took the paved road to the top but last half mile had to walk bike up. A full suspension bike down the trail would be very useful. Saw about 20 other bikes and half as many hikers.

Didn't do the whole trail, went past sulfur springs a bit, but wasn't feeling well so I turned back. Its a nice area, trails are narrow and get hard at times, but overall aren't too bad.

This is not the sulphur springs trail as described in the comments and pics. This loop is on the swamp rabbit trail and through a neighborhood.

Unless you are a glutton for punishment, I suggest doing this loop trail counter clockwise. Really enjoyed the moderate rated portion of the trail. Combine that with Pipsissewa and North Lake for a really enjoyable hike.

This trail is fairly strenuous at parts. If you start at the trailhead the first half of the trail is going to be mostly uphill, and steep. It is worth it as there are some great views. The Bathhouse dam for one, along the way. If you are in the park, I'd suggest trying it!

Hiked with my son and added the Firetower Trail. About 4.5 miles in all. Nice hike with a good stream.

The Mountain Lake, Waterfall, and old Pump House is accessible not only by hiking the entire Sulphur Springs loop but also by a trail from a small parking area and a short 1/2 mile hike down the trail. This was the option I used to get to the Mountain Lake with my 1 1/2 year old and my pregnant wife. Very easy hike but still able to reach the destination.

First to Review

This is same trail as Sulphur Springs Trail,If you like doing the uphill first, start at pavilion 5, proceed up along spring (first half mile was easy), once past the reservoir, the trail became difficult with steep climbs and many water cascades. Once the trail met the Fire Tower Trail, the trail to the Fire Tower and back was easy so if you have the time, the firetower is a ruin of some interest (if you take the detour to the Fire tower it is actually a 5.4 mi hike). It it mostly downhill from there on Sulfur Springs Trail. A good hike.
