Great trail! My husband runs here all the time and we ride our bikes here almost every month. It is shaded, paved, kid- friendly and dog-friendly. The trail goes through several neighborhoods. The newest part of the trail goes through Hammonds Ferry by the Savannah River and the SRP ball park, beautiful!

Great trail that's dog friendly (as long as they're leashed), lots of shaded areas and people/families riding bikes, walking, and running

Great trail for a smooth easy ride. Plenty of places to stop and take breaks.

Great trail, just enough shade cover but it does get crowded. Great place to do long distance walking or running.

Nice place! It’s a community trail. Paved.

More for long walks and exercise than it is actual hiking or backpacking. Trail is paved the entire way, very well maintained. I love their exercise circuit area, wish they had a pull-up bar. It is long so take a couple bottles of water and a couple snacks and enjoy the day.

Nice gradual incline coming from 13th street bridge to end on bike. Great recovery speed at turn around on back. Great trail with incorporating the Augusta White Water Canal trail making a good 28.2 mile travel.

Beautiful trails. Very well maintained. People are friendly, there's even an exercise circuit on the trail. All paved and easy to follow. A real hidden jewel here in Augusta.

So thankful to live near the Greeneway. Great place to take the kids to ride bikes, scooters, roller blades or just walking. Lots of trails shoot off into the woods if you want to go off of the pavement and venture down to creeks or the river.

Smooth, safe, level, pleasant, shady. Parking lot off of Riverside can fill up but there is a gravel lot at Brick Pond Park that is never full. (Off of Railroad Ave)

It was a very nice trail, shaded and the scenery was beautiful. However it's 7 miles long, and there aren't any facilities along the trail to use a restroom which I found quite odd.

I think this trail would be 100% better if there were more maps, signages, and concrete starting points for it. I began this trail by asking a few locals where the trail begins, and they all said I could hop on wherever. Although I am a play-it-by-ear kind of person, I definitely would have appreciated some mile markers, beginning points, signs, maps, etc. However, the scenery is rather enjoyable, and the trail is pretty flat, which is perfect for beginners or those simply wishing to cruise around. My sister and I did a total of 5 miles on the trail. Hopefully we can do more as I actively seek out a map of the trail.
