Directions from Edgefield: Take SC route 23 south 8.2 miles. Bear left onto SC 230. Drive 0.5 mile to route 219-263, drive 1.9 miles to entrance of the recreational area on the right.

visited on 15 April '17. 85degree saturday afternoon and park was closed. only guess why is water level was too low.

Good layout, trail needs some TLC as there were several downed trees blocking the trail and the trail near the swimming area didn't have very good trail markers. A lot of potential just needs some maintenance

Great hike. A couple of small water crossing. Fun for all.
