beautiful lake and waterfall, educational trail This is a perfect hike for the family. The trail is a self guided trail with numbered stops along the way. When you enter the park get the brochure that is the information that goes with the numbered stops. It is a pretty cool thing as you can let the kids have fun and learn a little along the way. There is a waterfall and a couple bridges for everyone to enjoy. This park has some tougher trails in the park as well as a number of things to do, swimming. boating, fishing etc. The parks proximity to Greenville makes it the perfect quick getaway for the day.

Beautiful spot for a walk! Peaceful. Wasn't expecting the $5 per person fee but no complaints! We'll be back.
