The main trail which starts at the first parking lot is just over 5 miles and is bi-directional. Hikers walk one way and bicyclists go the opposite way. The direction is switched monthly. The big arrows in the parking lot show the current direction for that month. If you're hiking and get tired, there are several opportunities to get off the trail and cut back to the parking lot.

Fun trail! Beginning was a little tricky for me (novice), little rocky, uphill, narrow-but lots of fun and challenging. There were a few muddy areas but mostly just a fun trail!

Tons of mountain bikers and single track trails, so you f you are trail running get there super early in the morning and you can enjoy a beautiful run. Later in the morning you will constantly have to dive off trail to avoid getting run over. Not a good family hike for the same reasons.

Great trail for bikes. well marked

Good trail to get some miles in, not much for views or anything but a nice walk in nature. Shares trail with bikers, and this is a popular biking park. We did JFA to Sassy’s Pass and back to JFA

Overall, good but lots of bikers and narrow path, making it a scramble when walking with dog trying to get out of the way in time.

Awesome running trail! Couple of face plants but just made for fun stories. Can definitely see how fun this would be on mountain bikes!

Great trail. Don't expect any views. Plenty hardwood and shade which really helped on a hot July day. Wildflowers, Ferns, lizards, turtles, frogs but didn't see any snakes. On a Tuesday not crowded, met about six bikers and one runner.

Perfect for a challenging 5.3 mile loop. Some bikers but no problems, everyone very respectful. Mostly single trail enough for bikes to pass.

Really nice trail. Very narrow in parts. Lots of bikes but we were there on a Sunday. Not very difficult. Just rolls. My phone clocked it at over 7 miles though. Definitely recommend!!

This nature walk has been a tradition in my family for years. I always loved going every year as a child and now bringing my children. Bring a good picnic and make a day.

Beautiful trail. All under canopy. A little water for dogs, so be sure to bring some to be safe. Very lightly used mid morning mid week. Nice folks that were out.

Nice trail but seems to be more popular with mountain bikers. I was the only hiker the day I went. You can take Sassy's Pass and cut some distance out but I did the full trail and enjoyed the privacy of the longer route. My only complaint would be the proximity to roads, a house and retreat areas. Beautiful creek and wild flowers.

The trail shown is the LST trail, which is roughly a half mile. There are some neat little landmarks. Kids like to wade/swim here as it's not too deep. The main trail which starts at the first parking lot is just over 5 miles and is bi-directional. Hikers walk one way and bicyclists go the opposite way. The direction is switched monthly. The big arrow in the parking lot show the current direction for that month. If you're hiking and get tired, there are several opportunities to get off the trail and cut back to the parking lot. Just study/take pics of the map and you'll do fine.
