Descent, no falls to really see as shown on the map. Gets really narrow and makes you question if you are still on the trail, however it is marked very well!

Great trail for a beginner that likes to be challenged. Our 4 year old handled it very well. Trail is clearly marked with purple. The cave would be a great place to take a break with the family and have a picnic.

Hike was okay, pretty easy. Trees looked beautiful, but not much of a sight of waterfalls. With the loop, go left if you want an easier hike and the first intersection you hit is another trail so make sure to go left in the correct turn (signs will show you). Peaceful and lightly trafficked. Nice little hike to do if you want a short hike or to get a little more steps in.

Good trail with my kids. I would rate it as moderate. Clearly marked. We had no problems navigating the trail at all.

Great trail however NOT an easy trail as rated in Alltrails. This is at best a moderate difficulty. Got caught with small kids on this one as the beginning is very easy but progressively gets more difficult as the trail goes on. There is a fork about half way through the loop section and it is not very well marked. One would think to go with the wider path that seemed more well traveled but just so happened another hiker came from the less traveled trail and instructed us where to go. Wish I could be more help on this note. Overall it was fun but the hiking difficulty level really hit the young kids hard on this one. Treat as a moderate difficulty at best!

Trail was well marked (except the beginning was confusing since there was a service road that wasn't listed and got a smidge off track) anyway the trail was tagged as purple and was easy to read when you came upon different colored trails and at every part where it broke off to a different trail it had a map of the whole park.
