I gave this trail three stars because it's well maintained but it really has no views. This is a connector trail.

Only did the 5 mile segment in Jones Gap Park, but it was very nice and also saw some trail runners. In the beginning the trail is very rocky since it follows closely to the Saluda River. The views of the river are beautiful as well and you can hop down onto larger river rocks and have lunch.
