Beautiful trail with a nice little creek running through it. There's a nice picnic area once you cross the wooden bridge, too. Fishing is allowed if you want to take a few casts!

The Cottonwood Trail, and it's interconnected side-paths is relatively flat trail and it reasonably well maintained. We had some relatively heavy rains this week and this left one of the low-lying side paths (Turkey Trot trail from Woodburn Drive) was underwater. The main path was in excellent shape with only a few puddles. Although we didn't see any deer their tracks were plentiful and the dogs found plenty of squirrels. It was a nice forest getaway close to home.

Nice little trail along a small river. good for running, hiking, or walking. Connected to several more trails in a nature preserve on one end and some on the other end as well. Good for an afternoon running or exploring.

Park at the address above. I don't know if it's just because I am using iPhone Maps, but it leads me to a weird spot with no parking.

Great shady hike!!!

Nice little trail. Had the dickens scared out of me when I danced with a snake. Don't know who was more frightened, me or it. Would hike it again.

Nicely shaded environment with a flat trail that ruins along a river and ventures over a marsh area via boardwalk. No poison oak or ivy that I saw. Easy to walk and easy to bike. Dog disposal areas near parking lot(s).
