Great trail for someone looking for a short hike/run (~1 mile there and ~1 mile back). The trail is wide and kept up with. Scenery such as the body of water and stream/river is beautiful.

Good trail for a quick hike before work or for any beginner. I was, unfortunately, unprepared for the amount of bugs and was constantly flailing the whole time. With bug spray and longer pants, it could be a 3.5-4 but still a solid, easy, and fun trail for beginners.

Extremely easy and great for taking the dog swimming. Super flat, well maintained, could even bring a jogging type stroller. Mostly in the shade, cute little spot to have a picnic. We are still acclimating baby to his carrier pack, so this was just enough distance for us. Watched some construction on a giant hideous house across the water fall. We saw a lot of dogs, so if your dog isn’t chill keep it leashed plz. We’ll be coming back on hot days for dog dips for sure.

Comfortable hike along an old railway. Kid friendly and no hills.

The river was a nice touch once it started really flowing. Too much noise from the highway and neighboring roads. Certainly not a forest vibe

If you're looking for an easy, level, well-shaded and relatively short place to walk, this trail certainly fits the bill. But I was hoping to do some actual hiking -- thus, my disappointment. . . it wasn't worth the 20-minute drive for me. Lovely and quiet, but not at all challenging.
