Although listed as moderate this hike is pretty much easy throughout. An enjoyable hike on generally well marked trails. Multiple streams, an old stone dam, and an open field among the features.

Nice wide trails. Very well marked. Multiple different trails so you can make it as long as you’d like. Some muddy spots but not bad. Wasn’t busy at all. Saw three people the whole hike.

Really nice trail but once you get to the loop part of trail it’s tough to pick up the trail to head back to the trail head.

No maps were available so we took a picture with the phone. That worked out great. We always knew where we were. Nicely groomed trails. Markings could be a little better but overall a great place to hike. Will return soon.

When we showed up there were only a few cars which what made us stop there as we are loving getting out but wanted social distancing. However after just a short amount of time, there were too many people there. Please move on if trails are getting busy or they will close the few they still have open!

This was a beautiful hiking area. It would definitely be beneficial to have a map that showed all of the interconnecting trails. Although there are many signs and markings on the trees it is very easy to get turned around. As usual, there are those that feel that the rules do not apply to them and allow their dogs to run off leash. It’s unfortunate because it ruins the moment for those that are following the rules. Furthermore, it endangers the wildlife habitat that the parks are allowing us to use as a recreational space. Get out and enjoy!

Well maintained. Good parking lot. Well marked trails. Some spots it splits and have to make sure you know where you are on map; but you are not going to get lost. Lots of options. Did some ridge trail, beech trail, cart path, and steere trail. Wonderful scenic views. Multiple geocaches. Went on a late September morning and it was perfect. Enjoy.
