Easier hiking trail, but nice hike. Previously reported as not well marked, but recently trail markings have been updated and we had no issue finding our way. I would definitely go back!

Not well marked. Had nice water sights. Beautiful in winter.

Great place. My only issue is the trails are not well marked in some points. Even with map on here it was difficult to find trail at points.

You really have to pay attention to the trail markings as there is many ways you could go. Not a bad day hike took about 2 hours without stopping for long at the old shelters.

Found this trail on a post located here on great hikes in Rhode Island:

This is a moderate hike through the Arcadia Wildlife Management Area. For full instructions of the hike see the above link. It covers several different trails and requires some attention to blazes and instructions. Start the hike at Frosty Hollow Pond Fishing Area parking lot in Exeter:

Leave 3-4 hours for this hike as you will want to explore some of the abandoned camps along the way.
