Too many mosquitoes

We did the loop trail. It rained the previous night so there was a lot of mosquitos. The trail is well marked but lots of small stumps and other things to stumble on make this a “watch your step” sort of walk. It’s definitely a less traveled trail so the peace and quiet is real nice. The vegetation was pretty thick and there are a lot of moist portions where ferns and shrooms grow thick. We saw the hind end of a deer after hearing some noises in the bush.
