Very wet after rain had to walk through a swamp but a decent hike overall
A great day for a short hike..we loved it. Happy Halloween....
easy meandering trail , not many views of the river with the brush still green, big hill offers excellent views.
Nice trail, no bugs due to the extremely dry weather. Well marked in various places. Good amount of parking at trail head off chase hill rd @ route 216. Lots of downed trees from recent storms, sone areas worse than others, trail appears pretty well maintained.
Way to many bugs this season. Literally cut the trail in half and it was near unbearable. Wait til fall!
Lots of gnats and skeeters as you get closer to the water. Trail could use some clearing in spots.
Nice leisurely trail, came across lots of fresh coyote & deer tracks.
Great Trails! We walked the yellow/orange trail which is the nice walking loop. A couple downed trees but you can see that they do maintain it with older and newer trees cleared. Great for dogs and kids because it’s pretty flat. Lost of birds and great views. The white trail has some great bridges close to the yellow trail and the whole thing has benches and picnic tables to rest at and regular signposts with maps.
