Olivia's Forest Loop is a 1.3 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Smithfield, Rhode Island that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking.
Nice quick trail. We followed the green to the orange and then the white trail. The white trail is marked, but it does get a bit rocky and there’s a small log that gets you across the river. Overall it’s a fun hike and it was quiet when we went, it is in a residential area and only space for about 2 cars at the trail head.
Nice short little trail, I took the green trail, into the orange loop and then the white loop back to the orange and green (basically one big circle). The green trail was easily marked and open as well as the orange trail, but the white was not marked as well and there were a lot of downed trees/branches blocking the path. This could be because of high winds yesterday though. Overall nice little walk, took me just over a half hour to do the whole loop.
Nice, open and easy trail, gets rocky half way through. Brook was dry, and there were a couple of blow downs on the white trail. Found three GeoCaches along the way All! All in all a good hike on a nice crisp Fall day.
Nice short trail, brook was dry and I stepped in dog poop on the way back (please pick up after your dogs!) I took many of the extra unmarked trails that just wind up at people's back yards and did a turn around. easy hike. FYI only 2 parking spots at trail head
We don’t go off trail this is 100% marked trees. Two Mini bridge under a water fall. Shallow water. Only muddy in the beginning from a rainy day this week. Barely any bugs with bug spray. Cute signed rocks and rocky terrain throughout the path. Limited parking on the side.
Short but sweet! Love to hear the babbling brook:)
