We went to hike the trail with our family and dog. we, along with many other cars, parked and had to leave. This is a hunting area through the last day of January, so keep that in mind if you plan to go.

FYI, Do not park along the streets if the parking lot is full, cops will be there to fine you. There is a parking spot 100m south of the trail head.

Well marked trails. Wear waterproof hiking boots for muddy areas and puddles! Nice workout with some elevations on the yellow trail and uneven terrain with many roots. Access to beautiful Girl Scout beach. Saw someone canoeing too!

Nice trail which was well marked. A bit rocky and lots of roots in some areas made a little more challenging with the leave cover. Overall, really great hike, will come again

Nice trail... never seen so much greenbrier in the undergrowth and along a trail. Took a video of walking through the briers, but don't know how to share on this site.

Pretty views, foot bridges and babbling brooks. Pretty muddy, and roots galore, but overall, nice easy trail for the family!

Not a bad walk, seems like it would be better when the streams are flowing faster but other than that we will walk again in the spring....

This was a quite, scenic but roots trail with alight elevation changes. It is a great beginner trail.
