We took the short loop around the lake. Wide trails for the most part, very well maintained and painted markings. Beautiful early morning hike, only a few folks on the trail at that hour. Everyone was wearing their blaze orange

Half wide fire trail, half narrow walking trail - clearly marked. Easy up hill and gradual down hill

this specific route is more of a walking trail then an actual hike but it definitely is a nice change of pace and scenery for what a hiker is typically use too.

I would not consider this trail moderate. pretty easy for all abilities. bugs can be annoying but you're going hiking. Bring cover for your neck and things will be okay. Make sure you are in orange in the right seasons, active hunting area. Well maintained.

Really nice trail, a few really wet spots Th directions brought us to a little lot a ways a way from where the trail starts where we had to walk, which was fine but there is a way to the actual trail start!

This was easily my favorite trail so far since I've moved to RI. My dog and I were the only ones there when we first showed up today and it was beautifully quiet. We had a little bit of a hard time finding our turn at the top of the hill to come back towards the lake, but once we found the trail it was beautifully marked and we enjoyed all of the little bridge crossings. I highly recommend starting out to your left (if you're facing the lake in the parking lot) so you end the hike with all of the Brooks and stream crossings!
