It's a pretty decent workout, especially due to the length. I prefer trails that are more wooded but this is a nice little park, with a variety of field, forest and paved areas. Light hikers or sneakers are fine, I'd suggest hiking poles for those of us with balance issues.

Pretty good trails and nice scenery . Very maintained and trails were marked . There is a shooting range or something similar across the stream , however so the sound of gunfire is very prevalent .

great scenery and trails but I would not have given this an easy rating. there are some steep grades on some of the trails. if you are in tip top shape then maybe this wouldn't be overly challenge but for this gal it was a tiring 5 miles.

Took our Doberman on the outer most loop and clocked 5.25 miles. There are hills, but they are doable. Mostly wooded/shaded so not hot. Lots of options of shorter loops if you don't want to go far. Well marked trails and map available. Will be back!

Took our Doberman on the trail and it was easy for the most part. Couple of inclines, depending which way you go but they were not bad. It wasn't crowded and we had a great time. Will definitely go again.

The trail is long enough for 1 great lap and workout. The inclines are challenging enough to make you exhausted but completing them is satisfying. The views are great and it wasn't crowded. You'll see tons of fields and woods and no other signs that you're near developed land except for a large barn house and structure in the center of the land.
