West Rim Trail: Grand Canyon- Hiking South is a 27.9 mile point-to-point trail located near Wellsboro, Pennsylvania that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, camping, and backpacking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.

We backpacked the first third of the trail as an out and back with an overnight. A very pleasant forest hike with spectacular views at about the three mile mark. Some ascents and descents with quite a bit of flat in between. Most of the grades are gradual, so not a difficult hike.
