Tyler Park has 23.5 miles of interconnected trails some paved and some not. A boat rental is availble seasonally for canoeing on the Neshaminy Creek. There is also a Hostel on the park grounds for overnight stays. Be sure to stop at the park office as you enter the parks main enterance to pick up a park map showing all the trails and recreational opportunities. This park can be crowded on warm and sunny weekends, but otherwise the crowds are moderate to light

I've grown up next to Tyler Park I have been there countless times for biking, running, hiking, and even some court-mandated community service. The park has so much beautiful land to explore you can't go wrong! the only downside is the amount of people that flock there. Because of it being such an awesome place there are a lot of people which takes away that feeling of solitude. regardless, I would still recommend going!

Great trails and a beautiful day for hiking with the gorgeous falling autumn leaves. Was lots of people engaged in various activities but the miles of wooded hiking trails made it seem like we were the only group there at times. Hiked 5 miles and had to leave for other obligations but could have gone all day. Truly loved it. No horse droppings on these trails. Sheila E. U.

Good hiking spot. It has some wooded and paved areas along with a few meadows. There are lots of benches and picnic areas. It can get a little more crowded than a more traditional all wooded area, especially on the paved paths. There is also a corner on the way up from the covers bridge trail that is someone’s personal residence, but they have it posted so you’ll notice where not to go.

Trails were well maintained cleared of any down trees. A lot of paved trail walking, with opportunity to walk in the woods next to pavement, shared with horses and bikes, watch your step. Many interesting sights to see . Shorter and longer options to fit time you have. Benches to rest on next to creek. Lovely place to walk for beginners and experienced hikers.

Great hike with varied scenery. Took my dog and she had no problems. Parking lot gets full in the summer so I recommend coming early. I started at 8 AM and had plenty of parking spots to choose from.

Beautiful scenery along the Neshaminy Creek. Paved trails, but you can run on some of the nature trails too. Picnic, kayak, canoe, or take your kids to the playground.

This trail mostly in shaded areas, follows the Neshamini creek as a dirt path with plenty of muddy stretches, especially after the rain. Best traveled barefoot or in high hiking boots. Nice views along the way at the dam and river. There is a water fountain and restrooms near the pedestrian river overpass approximately in the middle of the hike.

I attempted to hike this trail over the weekend and it was swampy. There were trees covering a good portion of the trails

The trails are good. This park is very good for conditioning, if you want to get into good shape. They have a couple of trails that have unrentless inclines. But, the park is good for all purposes. Biking, horseback riding, walking, jogging, etc...

this is my go to park for a local hike. Plenty of trails, nothing terribly difficult, but there are some moderate hills. lately I've been parking at the boathouse and hiking to the covered bridge, definitely a nice cross section of the park
