very happy with this trail. Very well marked trail. It started as orange/white blaze, to orange only, ending as orange/blue blaze mark trail. Very quiet, only saw two other hikers. The walk way down to the falls made a steep decent easier. The falls are beautiful! Straight back up the mountain to the top for some beautiful views. I watched a red tailed hawk sore for quite some time and spotted a grouping of cedar wax-wings! GORGEOUS birds. There were a few sitting benches which made resting very enjoyable. Highly recommend this trail. It is definitely a moderate rating considering the steep decent and accent to and from the falls.

Loved this trail. I thought it was easy. Had a stairway down to the waterfall. There were about 10 feet that had a kind of scary dropoff, for me anyway, probably not for most people. It was really pretty and peaceful. We went on a weekday.

Great hike for kids/ new to hiking explorers! Not too strenuous and well maintained (not rocky) trails. Beautiful views and gorgeous falls (go down the stairs - it's a climb to get back up to the trail but so doable and worth it). Plenty of benches and rocks to stop and rest while you enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful maintained trail with terrific views and beautiful water falls. Parking is very easy as the trail is across the parking lot of PEEC.

Great trail for family hikes. Took our 9 and 7 year olds and they had a great time.

Wonderful hike however I'd say it's more towards the easy side than moderate. It only really got to be more difficult when you climbed the stairs back up after the falls and continued the loop up the incline. But other then that it was a rather easy hike. Lots of hidden falls if you wander off the main trails.

This trail is very kid friendly. My group had children ranging in age from 4 to 12. None of them had any trouble completing the hike and they all loved seeing the beautiful waterfall amd various species of wildlife.

This trail is on the extremely easy side of moderate and I would call it more of a woodsy walk than a true hike (if you are a hiker, if you are one of the many city people congesting the area maybe it will seem like a hike to you.) There isn't much elevation gain/loss (I think 500 feet) and the path is really flat and open for most of the way. it's also extremely well marked and maps are available outside the visitors center.

This is a great trail if you are a beginning trail runner. Keep your eyes on your footing though.

Moderate/Hard trail. The trails are marked, some areas have steep hills I would highly recommend hiking boots. The waterfall was breath taking and you're able to take a dip as well. The views from the top were amazing! Can't wait to come back in the fall.

Lovely hike leading to an amazing series of falls on an unmarked trail, the cascades are really worth the work once you get there!

This trail is easy to follow and well marked. Moderate difficulty as it can get steep. Waterfall is pretty, worth the trip down. 3.0 miles took 1.5 hours at steady pace.

Generally well marked loop; can be done clockwise (preferred) or counter-clockwise. The trip down to the foot of the falls is worth it! Wear your bathing suit if you're inclined to dip in the water on a hot day. Dog-friendly.
