Beautiful. But don't let the easy rating fool you the first incline was very daunting. Two of our party if 6 turned back. Once on top the walk was perfectly level.
Park at the picknic area before the trail head and walk up to the trail entrance.

This is a great area for hiking. I turned my hike into a 10 mile loop by using Swift run trail, Kreb gap trail, Bull hollow trail, Wolf gap trail, and following Thick mountain trail all the way back. Parking is at Snyder-Middleswarth picnic area. Purple Lizard Bald Eagle state forest map is always handy.
