Great hike, follow the creek down to the resevoir to add distance and a good 1.5 mile 6% grade climb back. Take a left at the resevoir to the top of the mountain for several acres of Blue Berries in June and August. Cross the powerlines for s strenuous climb down to the base of the falls.

Did this today with a light dusting of snow on the ground. A little more slippery near the falls/tubs, but able to navigate. Lengthened the hike to 4 miles along the yellow trail by crossing the train tracks and following down falls. Was able to go along the tornado path from this past summer to see many downed trees...very crazy to see. Have done this hike in the summer, but was very enjoyable in the winter. Trail well marked and quiet.

Short hike with friends—the water made it scenic and so did the hidden gnome!

Really pretty trail along the river with several small falls. Be attentive to which trail you’re on as there are a bunch of trails that intersect and are in the area. I’d recommend you start by going the direction of down the stairs and to the water first, that way you have a good upstream view and the second half loops back through the forest. Easy/moderate level.

very nice trail just outside of the city! you don't have to go far for a great view, and if you do hike the whole loop, then you're in for a nice, moderate hike!

A beautiful trail, the waterfalls and "tubs" are fantastic, I have been here 4 times in the past month. The overall nearly 2 mi. hike was fairly simple though there were a few spots where the trail was crossed by running water which made it a bit tricky. Nothing a good pair of boots couldn't overcome though. I also had my 4 & 6 yr old boys with me so that made it a bit more challenging. None the less it was an easy trek and the boys and I had a blast, especially my little guy he was so gung ho and never wavered, taking point the whole time.We areactually heading there now, just waiting in the drive thru for coffee!!!! Safe trekking!
P.S. bring your walking stick it'll come in handy.

My wife and I love walking here, you can make it as easy or moderate as you want. Just hike near the creek if you want a nice easy walk, or do the whole loop for a bigger hike. Hiking down the tubs area can get moderate or difficult for some.

Our car was broken into once, so be aware not to leave things in sight.

Lots of water falls and natural TUBS formed from the erosion of water and gravel... trail is very steep in parts... if you don’t walk well only part of the trail will be doable... but still worth seeing.... hey.... it’s FREE!

This trail was perfect for a day hike! Great scenery and waterfalls!! I did find some liter scattered about though, not much just some cans and bottles.

Excellent short but technical hike. Exceptional scenery and the trail is very well maintained. The section that was hit by a tornado was so interesting looking. Bring a pair of keens for swimming in the tubs.

Hiked the whole loop with my wife and son about two years ago. I loved it. parking area was a bit of a dump though. you'll have to get past that to see this gorgeous trail!

Followed the yellow loop. A nice relatively easy trail. Was a bit wet from the rain so wear tevas or boots. Tons of places to hop in the water along the way. The back portion was a little over grown but they have cleared the area where the tornado was so the trail is cleared there.

really pretty views following the stream. storm damage at top was mind blowing, how many large trees ripped out of the ground. lots of people swimming. glad we detoured on our way home! will definitely be back again!

My first time here today with my two dogs. We parked in the lot, crossed over the bridge and took the yellow trail to the left. Beautiful views of the creek, falls and tubs. It was rainy, wet and slippery today. A nice peaceful 20-30 min hike. Trail seemed to end so we turned around. Hiked back to the start where the bridge is and continued downward on the yellow trail which paralleled the creek. Really pretty, peaceful, shaded hike. I will go back again to explore more of the trails.

Just a gorgeous spot even on one of the busiest days of the year. The way the stream has cut through the rock and the tubs and falls it's created are spectacular. Water was icy cold! Where good walking shoes or hiking boots unless you're only going to the tub closest to the parking lot. Will definitely be going back.

Great trail to hike. Running is a little dicey due to the rocks and roots but not too bad.
Large number of very old trees downed by the tornado at the top of the trail. Forestry has cleaned the paths. Devastation by the tornado was impressive.

Great hike. BUT - the TORNADO that went through Wilkes Barre took out a bunch of trees—making the
Trail impassible. We did it but had to go over and
Under trees — crossing the creek - going
Off trail. AllTrails kept us
From getting lost
