From the blacksmith center I went clockwise. Ascension wasn’t that difficult. Got to fire tower but no view! And I wasn’t climbing that tower. Then found out the return trip was to be on a gravel road so I took another trail down. Ended up around 6 miles round trip. Disappointed that after the trip up there was no view.

A nice option for a loop hike to/from Greenwood Tower—slightly steeper than the SS/Greenwood Spur trail from Greenwood Furnace. One of the steeper trails In Rothrock SF (though short at around a mile)
