Beautiful day. Towards the end lots of clear cutting which made the trail rough. No real views but a great workout.

This trail is in better shape now. several miles have been brush cut and blazes refreshed at the Reeds Gap state park end this October 2011. blowdowns from Reeds Gap to the picnic area along Bear Run trail have been cleaned up. The rest of the trail to Poe Patty should be done next October 2012.
