A great intermediate hiking trail with mostly well marked trails and lots of options for different hike lengths.

Very nice set of trails with lots of options to create custom routes to keep in interesting. Densely wooded with tree cover limiting the about of sunlight making for a cool hike. Trails are well marked but a bit confusing. A printed trail map would be very helpful in planning out routes.

I don’t consider this a good option for the beginner; however, It’s a great place to hone technical skills with it’s rocks, roots, and climbs. You’ll get a great cardio workout as well! I would recommend elbow and knee pads when riding here.

Some parts of the trails are over grown or hanging at head level. Many parts were only wide enough for one person to move through at a time with out entering the brush. But still a fun run. Rocks and tree trunks in path to run over but easily managed. Will definitely return soon.
