The trail is a nice flat trail to help build up endurance. It’s not very challenging, and it’s well maintained. Very little litter on the trail.

Local Gem. Pennypack Rail Trail and the Preserve gives the feeling of being way out in the country, yet is right outside city limits.

This is a great place for hikers, photographers, birders. Do not bring your dog or bike. The land is for the plants, animals, and water protection.

Definitely NOT dog friendly. To follow suit with rest of reviews everything in the woods is NOT mountain bike or dog friendly the long crushed gravel on both sides of the creek are. A good place for a quick trail run if you're not with the pooch. Plenty of wild life! lots o fox recently.

Definitely not dog or bike friendly on this side of the creek. The main trail following the creek from papermill road allows dogs and bikes but that is it. IMO not a great use of the land and trails. As mentioned by other reviewer, the opposite side of the creek is a wide crushed gravel path for bikes, runners, leashes dogs and families. If you are looking to find quiet peaceful nature, this ain’t it.

Nice walking/hiking trails but the trails are NOT dog friendly. Since this app said dogs on a leash were permitted I took my Jack Russell Piper. After a few glaring stares I realized that the hiking trails are not dog friendly. So if you want to hike this please do not bring your dog. On the other side of the creek is the Pennypack Park Path which is dog friendly but is basically just a walking/biking path, not real fun hiking.

This area is a nice mix of trail and old roads.

I have done this trail many times, and it is a very nice walk through woods and meadows. The stretch along the Pennypack Creek is probably the best part of it. Trails are well maintained and easy to follow.

This trail is really easy. I just actually found out there are side trails that branch off the main paved trail. Go Explore!

Easy trails, albeit few where dogs are permitted.

This trail.isy old standby as it is close to home. The terrain is fairly level, although there are a few trails that break off the main Creek Rd trail that are a little more challenging. The pathway varies between paved, dirt, gravel and rocks. I wouldn't recommend this trail for a day or so after it has rained as some sections can get quite muddy.
