Walking

There are plenty of spots to park. I did take the three small trails instead of just using the main road. my GPS said with those it was 2 miles. cool bridges you can cross, lots of view of the lake, along with benches. Would do again.

Great trail but not marked the best. There are many points around the trail where you can just drive up to and park. Well kept trail. I didn’t see any trash

nice easy trail surrounding the lake. trails along the north and east side nicely groomed with benches and exercise stations (dated and some unfunctional). crossing the dam gives an awesome view of the lake and Indiantown Gap. after you cross the dam, you'll be walking on a service road that passes a private residence and posted. rounding the west side horn of lake the trail is more wooded and if during a wet week probably would get muddy. but don't bypass it. there's a few foot bridges over lake tributaries that can be a good photo opportunity. there's boat rentals, although they were closed while we were there. nice picnic areas. nice fishing spots. a couple boat launches. really nice park and trail.

Beautiful easy trail! The paved road is more of a one way access road...minimal traffic. Picnic tables and benches all around. Great views! Wildflowers, purple martins area, ducks, bullfrogs!

Very crowded, easy loop around a beautiful lake. Not sure if I would walk it again, because the last 15-20 mins of the trail is actually just the road used for vehicles to exit the park, so it ends on somewhat unexciting note. Otherwise, the park is very nice, the lake is peaceful, and there’s a number of bridges throughout the trail that cross over little creeks leading to the lake - there’s even a large bridge over a dam right by the trail head.

Awesome trail. Got caught in the rain on the opposite side of trail which sucked bc it’s road and no covering! But still a fun adventure !!

Great trail. Well maintained. A little muddy in spots, but that was to be expected. Plenty of nice areas to sit along the way. Lots of bird activity.

Nice easy walk around the lake. Made couple small detours to get better photos, you should too. Another state park checked off the list.
