This trail is in much need of clearing, the mountain laurel on this trail is 7 feet high at some places. If it were not for the red marks painted on the trees every so often, this trail would be impossible to follow! This trail used to serve as a fire lane along the base of the Penns Creek mountain! It’s a real shame DCNR can not allow licensed dirt bikes to run this trail. They would keep this trail clean and open!
