The trail has very beautiful water features but is heavily trafficked and runs right though alot of human civilization. Much of the trail, if to you looked to your left or right, is in someone or a company's back yard. only a thin line of trees separates the trail from backyards.

Ran the junction trail out and back today. Alot of activity on the trail this morning. Dog walkers and runners on every part of the trail. The trail itself is in great shape

Earned the 5 stars by how well maintained it is. Really easy walk and would not at all consider it a hike. The thing is total flat.

I’m rating this 4 of 5 stars for the cleanliness and maintenance of this trail system. Available bathrooms are a plus. Easy, relatively flat, and good for an comfortable 4+ mile run (out and back). The trail is wide and provides room for plenty of traffic. One word of caution: on beautiful days, this trail sees a lot of activity so be mindful that certain times of the season (and times of the day) will be more populated than during the off-season.

Did the Junction trail out and back and then headed over to see the firefighter, police officer, and EMT statues. That made a perfect 5 miles.

Clean and easy trail. Very well-maintained and beautiful landscapes surrounding the trail. Great shade as well.

I took my young grandchildren to hike this trail and we loved it! path is very easy, everyone that passes by you say hello with a smile on their faces, the kids loved the cows, horses, and animals along the way. The trees covering the path are just beautiful. There are clean bathrooms, that was a us when hiking with young children. We will definitely return!

I do this trail everyday with my daughter and her 2 dogs. We love it for the cows, horses, and sheep. The trees provide nice deep shade for the summer. It's beautiful all year round. There are nice restrooms but they aren't open in the winter- so what- we don't have to pee when it's cold outside? There are folks of all ages that use this trail and if I could change anything- this would be it.

A good Sunday afternoon walk or bike ride. Not strenuous at all.

It's pretty boring, but that's coming from somebody who prefers single track type endeavors. If you're a mom with a stroller, or somebody who needs something for a speed workout, than its great.

Beautiful trail. I will be visiting again! It was hard for me to find the trailhead though.

Right off the Salunga exit near Spooky Nook exit. Trail is ideal for families, walkers, but very short for bicyclists. We saw parents with strollers and older folks so it's pretty easy. This is a pleasant mostly flat trail and on it you will see Amish farmland, meadows, wildflowers, woods, cows, horses, and Chickies creek. Horses are welcome.
